Ed is also a skilled litigator. He has experience in various types of cases, including construction defect litigation, title disputes, boundary line disputes, breach of real estate contracts, land use appeals, adverse possession, municipal cases, commercial disputes, and more. Ed previously represented the City of Hartford in civil rights and real estate matters, serving as counsel to the Hartford Tax Collector and the Hartford Chief of Police. Some of his cases have made law in Connecticut.
